- The person, who wants to buy the template, must send SIGNUP.TPL file to support@exceptionaltemplates.com
by another email in order to inform exceptionaltemplates.com about his
confirmation of the selected template & his domain name.
- The person, who wants to buy a template, must use valid email addresses when
buying. If the customer does not receive his template (which he has ordered)
because of the problems in his email, exceptionaltemplates.com will not be
responsible.In case of any delay in receiving your requested template for any reason,
contact
support@exceptionaltemplates.com support center.
- It is not possible to change or replace when customer has received his requested
template.
- Exceptionaltemplates.com does not have any resellers ad if a person buys a
template from a site other than exceptionaltemplates.com website,
exceptionaltemplates.com is not responsible.
- The person, who buys a template, must send new request for each domain name to
exceptionaltemplates.com.
- If the payment specification of the person who buys the template (batch
number, e-gold …) has any problem (if the amounts of the forms differ from
the main payment specification), exceptionaltemplates.com can postpone
sending the template until the problem are removed.

memo part when paying e-gold)
- If a person wants to defraud exceptionaltemplates.com as a person who wants to
buy template (by sending forged payment information), exceptionaltemplates.com
will not pay any attention to his request.
